In this session, we will highlight key criteria for a successful cloud transformation based on our experience with different FSI customers and demonstrate how AWS can help you deliver business value faster. We will discuss the most common obstacles encountered by our customers and share approaches to tackling these.

Apps2Cloud - Journey to AWS Migration of Zurich Application from On-Prem to AWS Cloud  

In this presentation, I will be discussing Zurich’s cloud journey to AWS, including how we successfully migrated our applications to AWS while minimizing costs and disruptions to our business operations. We implemented “Apps2Cloud” program by leveraging a combination of business process automation, cloud-native technologies and DevSecOps best practices. Our centralized program has enabled us to bring our applications to the cloud faster and has allowed us to better manage and optimize our IT resources, resulting in significant cost savings and improved performance.
