Andreas is a product manager at Netlight with over 5 years of experience working with digitalizing and improving processes. He has been on both sides of system implementations or led the development of the solution from scratch. With a strong background in digital strategy and process analysis, Andreas thrives on helping teams align customer journeys with business goals. Starting at Gjensidige in November 2023, the first year focused on bridging the company’s digital needs with an external vendor. Since then, he has tackled on enhancing the claims processes, culminating in the key role of Product Owner for Claims. In this role, they champion product-driven approaches, collaborating across teams to deliver meaningful outcomes. When not shaping digital solutions, Andreas enjoys ball sports, bouldering and strategy board games.
